The U.S. Supreme Court should reject a rule that an argument can’t be raised in a footnote, a litigation trust attempting to revive its lawsuit over an alleged hacking scheme targeting Venezuelan state-owned oil company Petróleos de Venezuela SA said, in a petition for review.
